How long does it take to go through?
The guide reads in 75–90 minutes the first time. Then you live in the action cards for 28 days — about 5–10 minutes a day to set up each day's experiment.
What if I'm a beginner / never worked out / haven't dieted?
Better. The actions are designed for the body you have today, not for someone already three years into training. The point is finding your one blocker — beginners often see it faster.
What if I've tried everything — calorie counting, fasting, peptides, all of it?
